Materials and Techniques: Sanguine drawing on wove paper.
Provenance: The Estate of George "Yorgo" Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute, and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, from 1965-2000.
Condition: The signs of aging are appropriate for the time. A detailed condition report is available on demand.

Notes:
- This drawing is done on the back of the poster of an Art Supply Enterprise "Elliewood Art" by J.M.Freeman. The poster "Homage to Michelangelo" depicts an artist on scaffolding painting a ceiling and a nude woman posing for him.
- Fayerweather Hall quickly became outdated as a gymnasium and was converted into classroom space in 1924 for the newly established McIntire School of Fine Arts.
- This work is identical to other works by Freeman from the same portfolio.
