Provenance: The Estate of George "Yorgo" Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute, and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, from 1965-2000.
Condition: Perforation to the left margin. The signs of aging are appropriate for the time. A detailed condition report is available on demand.

- Suzy Creamcheese is a Song by Frank Zappa.
- In Zappa's music, "Susie Creamcheese" was used as a fictional character representing the stereotypical American teenage girl, often portrayed as naive or innocent.
- Suzy Creamcheese was a character played by various women in the 1960's, whilst working with Frank Zappa and his Mothers Of Invention group.
